I've been hanging around the spinal cord board since the start of 2002. Had low back issues for years, but PT helped in the past. For my cervical herniation I had a myelogram in March 02, and since then I have developed the following symptoms, which I've ignored in deference to the neck problem until lately. They are getting more pronounced, and would like some guidance from you folks with experience on what to do now...

I have tingling feet 24/7. No pain, just pins and needles all the time. I had EMG on the right leg a few months ago, and the test was normal. Same with the left, which was diagnosed with a neuropathy over a decade ago. Weird, huh?

My calves feel sore and tight fairly often of late. This is a new development I find worrisome.

My back pops a lot-both near the waist and lower down. I wake with pain most mornings, and it is getting notably worse.

I have pain near the site of the myelogram. This is a sharp pain, not constant. I also feel pain at the bottom of the rib cage, both in front and toward the rear. Is this someone else has experienced?

My lower back is really getting worse (sacral area). I injured it with a bad spill on the ice about 12 years ago. Stretches help, but are not totally relieving the pain. I'm rolling out onto the floor and doing the stretches first thing, it helps me face the day. As far as I know from past Xrays, there was no herniation or very notable arthritic changes down there.

Sorry for the rambling, but I feel like my entire spine is disintegrating. I do have a scrip for Xrays of my thoracic and lumbar spine (had my annual physical a week ago), but I wonder if I should push for an MRI.

Suggestions/comments?
