Back Pain and Left side protrusion

My MRI shows Left side protrusion of L5-S1 resulting in slight foraminal stenosis on Left side.

I am trying to interpret how to manage my treatments for this backpain. Does that mean that a chiropractor should ONLY twist me tot he RIGHT side . I was thinking that if he twisted me more to the left side that it would worsen the protrusion. Is this logical?

Thank you.
