pinched nerve?
A few months ago I started to get lower back pain, then it started to travel down my left leg, especially affecting my knee. My doctor is almost certaint that I have a pinched neve in my back, but wants me to get an MRI on my knee this week just to make sure that nothing is going on there. So, if there is nothing wrong with my knee and I have a pinched nerve in my back...what will they do? Anyone have any advice or insight on this?

I suppose it depends on how badly the nerve is pinched!! In my case, surgery's apparently not an option! But, I do know of others that were losing bowel function etc. and were ordered to have surgery right away!! So, I can't really say what your dr would do! I wish you all the luck in the world though, take care!!

Go to a neurosurgeon, don't mess with anyone else.
