Recently, I've found myself having odd burning sensations in my upper back, mostly on the right side though sometimes on my left. At first I thought it was my lungs, but it doesn't seem like it hurts any more when I breathe. It's not terribly painful, but it is quite annoying. The pain radiates to my right side, too, and the inside of my arm sometimes (but not always).
I work at the computer a lot so I'm starting to wonder if my posture has screwed up something in my back. My shoulders have had bouts of pain as well so this is why I'm suspecting some kind of back problem. I KNOW it's not my heart because I recently had a physical examination and everything was checked in terms of that and it was all fine according to my doctor (good heart beat, good blood pressure, etc.) though I have been under a good amount of stress lately which problem isn't helping my body any if it is a back problem.
Does anyone know of any nerve/spine/muscle problem that can do this?
There is no swelling at all around the area and besides that, nothing is out of the ordinary.
