* have had pa*n *n my lower back and neck when * s*t for a long t*me or walk far. At n*ght * cant get any sleep because *t hurts. * can p*ck my k*ds up. My neck *s really bad because * can bearly dr*ve because *t *s hard to turn *t. *t also hurts to look up and down. * have not had an MR* of my neck but my lumbar MR* was normal. * dont know whats go*ng on. My dr. sa*d a neck and back stra*n can last a wh*le. But *** o***r doctor told me *t only lasts 2-3 weeks. * dunno! someth*ng *s wrong w*th my typ*ng.
