Thanks you all...hey acme..I'd fight them to the bitter death...if a ALJ orders them to pay for any and all treatments deemed necessary then get your lawyer in on it...I even asked mine (well hubbies, I just am the secretary) lol....about his nerve damage causing sexual dysfunction...and he said if doc says it's from back then they'll have to pay for that too, cause we're now having to resort to penile injections to have any kind of a sex life...that w/c injury has destroyed him...in all aspects of his and our life, heck what would one expect when he says his leg is numb and half of his scrotum also...get all kinds of research on it and get your lawyer (if u have one) to get a court hearing....in the long run it would be cheaper than PT..they should consider that...mileage and all....the convience of having it right there at home....their crazy they just want to screw us comming and going..
yeah and Terri I'd sure fight for that tens unit too...don't let them win!
