help me i have had a mri on neck can anyone help me read it...
i need help reading my mri on my upper neck the mri is greek to me.
here it goes c2-3 minimal central disc bulge slightly effaces the anterior thecal sac but does not cause cord compression or centeral stenosis the foramina are widely patent
c3-4 same thing
c4-5 approximately 3mm broad disc bulge extends from uncinate to uncinate and faces the anterior thecal sac reducing the AP dimension of the canal to approx. 9.7 ther is no cord compression the neural foramina are widely patent.
c5-6 a broad disc/osteophyte complex measuring approx. 4mm AP effaces the anterior thecal sac but does not contact the cord. the AP dimension of the canal is approx.8.7 mm the disc complex extends to the opening of the nueral foramina bilaterally. there is also mild bilateral uncinatehypertrophy. there is minimal right and mild to moderate foraminal narrowing
c6-7 a right paracentral to foraminal soft tissue structure meassuring approx.3mm in diameter x11 mm in length causes moderate narrowing in the foramen inferiorly and slightly flattens the right anterollateral spects of the thecal sac. there is no central canal stenosis the left foramen is widely patent c7 -t1 normal
please help me understand this i am really scared i am 37 yrs old an hurt at work thanks
