Question voice problems is this normal?

I have 2 herniated discs in my neck at c3-4 and c4-5 with a 8mm impingment on my spinal cord, My problem other than the pain and weakness in my right arm and pain and pins and needles down both arms is that my voice gets hoarse and raspy. Has anyone else that that happen to them with c3-4 and 4-5 hernation with cord impingment?
