naomi_19 Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2004 Posts: 11	trying to help good mate with back problems i have a very close mate with seriously sore lower back and some times upper he can grind he back bones to gether he say this makes it feel betta but it doesnt sound one bit healthly its sounds like bone on bone he wont go see a doc! what could it be ? should he see a doc is it serious? and what can help for the pain any suggestions ? not to fix it just to releave it ?
