anyone else wake up to a painful day? It sucks. My arm, neck and low back hurt a lot today. Prob b/c I slept in my bed instead of the couch. I don't know. Just getting tired of hurting. Gotta try and get out of the house though, gonna go to walmart. we'll see how I feel though. Tomorrow is a long day, Pip has to get neutered, having lunch with hubby, pick the dog up etc... So, don't know. Anyhoo, my day started off sucky, any one else???

Hey Mel,

Don't worry I am home recovering from my fusion, haven't left the house in over 2 days went out for the first time on saturday night to dinner (first long outing since fusion 5 weeks ago) and it was very traumatic being out. Not only was it hard having people bump into you in a busy nyc street but I am still recovering from how stiff and sore my back got from sitting down for an hour and a half straight

I also have quit my meds cold turkey in the last few days ( 10mg of oxycontin twice a day) and i think that has me a bit irretable..Sorry for all the venting bt just know that you are not alone out there, we are in this together . Please try and cheer up and if you need to vent or chat just come to the board , thats what we are here for
