I am new to this thread but not the boards. I hope some can help me out though.
4 years ago I hurt my lower back DJing. I went to see my family doctor several times and he massage my back on those appointments to loosing things up. MY back has been fine since then but in the last 2 months the inflamation coming back.
I am finding when I sit the wrong way or dont have proper back support then my back kills for about 24 hrs. The pain is located on the lumbar(lower) side of my back. My GF last night massage it out and feel great now. I am worried though it will come back since it has been doing this off and on.
I am wondering is there any lower back support cushion I could you for my seat at work, massage, or exercises I can do. I am willing to try anything but I dont want it to get worse. I am thinking of going back to my doctor in the next month is the pain doesn't go away.
