i'm another newbie just drifting looking for answers or just fellow sufferers to share things with . my name is neil i live in the uk and had surgery feb 04
i had a l4 l5 s1 fusion they used interbody cages and pedicle screws' rods
needless to say but it did not work maybe the fact that i have had the problem since 1985 did not help the main drug i use for the pain is 80mg of oxycontin twice daily and liquid morphine inbetween plus a few others my op did not go well i was in theatre for 8 hours i realised as soon as i was allowed to wake that it had done nothing i was in lots of pain for many months but the surgery pain did ease
i have been wondering for many weeks now where do i go from here does anyone have any answers no dodgey stuff i would still like to stick around
