I too am wondering how you are Carl. Miss ya! Atleast maybe let us know that you are okay.
I was thinking about Carl this week also. I use his homemade ice packs that he's told us about and had a kinda funny story. I was icing my hip the other day and a small part of the ice bag came out of the towel without my knowlege and was resting directly on my skin. I only iced for 20 minutes but ended up with frostbite on my leg from where the bag was sitting on my skin.
The first time I've ever gotten frostbite and it happened laying in my heated waterbed!
(I couln't have told you what frostbite looked like, my PT noticed the spot on my hip and told me what it was.)
I think if I were in Hawaii in the winter, this might be one of the last places I'd be - indoors online HA. I'm hoping he's doing well, out there snorkling, or walking the beaches.

Carl, I'm pretty positive that you're not outside walking the beaches, you're really desperately fighting a deep depression over the fact that YOUdon't have an office window overlooking yucky, cold, no longer white snow.
