Mid November of this year I was in Yoga class, when my instructor tryed to help me with a pose. She didn't mean to but she twisted my back a bit too far. Anyway 3 weeks I had a pain, not excruiating but pain. Pain seem to go away but somehow I must of hurt it again and I aquired Sciatica. ,,,Dr did a test on me too to see where the pain was and said it seemed like an inflamation. Xray looked ok he said (except my lower back is a bit more curved in...)Put me on Medrol for 6 days and it took most sciatica pain away, but I still have that dull ache when I sit for long periods of time and every now and then I feel the pain, but it's not excruiating. He told me to do some stretch exercises, but that seem to make it worse.
What are your experiences?
What works best for this?
I have had the Sciatica for about 3 weeks now,,,much worse the 1st week, now it's more of a dull ache...
any suggestions would help
