Re: Hot Tub ???

Canman23, if you sit in a hot tub, you should ice your back afterwards. The heat can make the inflamation worse so you should be careful. I have a hot tub and I would sit in it to relax and then put an ice pack on afterwards. This seemed to help.

Re: Hot Tub ???

it would for like the first half hour out of it, then it all came back. I did not know to ice my back though. I think a lot depends on why you are in-for DDD it doesn't do a thing, but for tight muscles it might. Works for some, others not, I guess.
