new burning feeling

I am now 4 months post of micro-d L5-S1 and now we think I might have re-hurniated the same spot. 2morow I will be going for a myilogram, so we will see. Now the last week or two I am experiancing a new burning feeling like im on fire when I sit the feeling is in my arms and legs almost like a suntan gone bad. Anyone felt this or experianced this before.????? does anyone have any idea what this is a sign of?????

two thoughts:
Medication reaction or nerve issues in either cervical or thorasic spine and/or lumbar spine.
