Red face can any one tell me

i have had a problem with my back for 2years now and have only just had an mri havent had results yet i have heard this before but hey you cant beat front hand exsperiance do any of you know if passing bowel motions can irratate back pain cause i have possible slipped disc or si joint and when i need to go to the bathroom i find that holding myself makes my back pain 100'xs worst and the leg pain is excruitating and it finally resides after 1o-15min afterwards any exsperiance would be much appreciated.

the only time that kind of thing bothered my back was with urination. I wouldn't feel the urge when I was sleeping, so I'd go over ten hours without going and wake up with horrible flank pain. When I would get up I'd pee for literally, seconds over ten! Then, the pain was gone. I don't know about bowel issues though. Good luck-
