Accupuncture

Has anyone tried it? Has it worked? Your experiences would be wonderful, good or bad!
Thanks

Re: Accupuncture

Hi there,
As part of my physio program I do accupuncture. I don't do it everytime, just when my physiotherapist desides hbe wants to. It actually does seem to give me some relief from my pain. I suffer from sciatica, spondylolisthesis, lumbar lordosis and pars fracture. Overall it's been good so far but I don't know how good it's going to do me in the long term. I'm trying to avoid surgery right now, I have 2 months left of my program so I will no more then. I would definitly reccomend it and try it a few times. Hope this helps. Kristy.
