Discogram

I'm new to the boards, and new someone's help with a recent Discogram I had a few days ago (2 days). Is it normal to still be in a great deal of discomfort since this type of procedure?

They could have gotten a muscle when they injected the needle.
If you're experiencing a headache, call the doc immediately though.
Pain is normal - I personally didn't have any, but know that people do afterward.

Re: Discogram

I had pain for about a week afterwards, but the doctor gave me some good pain meds. If you have them , take them.

Re: Discogram

I had one that involved 4 discs injected. Took 2 days off and had some trouble for a few more. It is one of the most painful, but I finally got my answer (after 3 full years of trying to find out what was wrong).

Take the meds, if you got 'em...just be careful about the dependency potential. Take care of yourself.
