Lower back ache

I'm 24 and have had this lower back problem since I was about 12. It's not that serious (I think) but i'd like to see peoples opinions before I go to my doctor. What happens is, after a lot of heavy lifting (I recently moved house) my lower back starts to ache really badly, right in the dipped part of my lower back. I need to either sit or lie down otherwise it's pretty discomforting and becomes stiff. Does it sound like a permanent problem or should I get my backside off my PC and just do some exercise?

Talking Re: Lower back ache

Well, first I would see my doctor and have any diagnostic test that he recomends. That sounds like the way my back problems started. So, don't just assume that because you are young, that it's nothing. Hopefully it is nothing, but please make sure.Valley
