hi just hopeing some 1 out there can help me i am a 28 year male with very bad lower left back pain it aches every day going from the bottom of my back to my bum and down the leg it causes me great dificulty in walking had an mri everything on the scan was ok my back also clicks when in certain positions i also get a lot of neck pain had headaches can any 1 help me please :-} thank you

thanks for trying to help i have had the pain for about 4 years but the last year it has been real bad i have had an epidural injection to help with pain but it didnt work i think it is sciatica as well. what else if not sciatica could it be?
