| Went to the doc, found out what was wrong
Hi! I have posted on here before about my lower/upper back pain, neck pain and also the feeling of numbness/tingling in my body. I had some x-rays done on Monday and went back in today for the results. Turns out that I must of done something to my neck because it is the spinal cord is 40 degrees to far forward or something like that and it is having to support my head which is causing the pain because it just keeps shifting farther forward. Since my neck is trying to support my head, my lower back is working the opposite direction to try and make my back straight, so that is causing my spinal cord to bend another way...lol. Yeah this all sounds confusing but you could really tell on the x-ray that I wasn't aligned. Good news is that this can all be treated, so I have to go to a chiropractor 3 times a week. Anyone else had this problem before!!?? lol The doc said that I was having numbness/tingling because my spinal cord is pressing on my nerves, and hopefully I'll feel a little better in a couple of weeks..just wish the pain would go away ASAP!! Thanx for reading!
