Still doing great!
Hello everyone, I just wanted to let your all know that I am still pretty much pain free. I hardly ever have to take pain meds anymore. I just did an art show over the weekend and came in second with a prize of $500.00. Yeah me! I feel like I finally have my life back. Toelle

That's great. I am so happy for you. I am doing good too. I injured my disc 8 weeks ago and today was the first day I went without any pain meds at all. I felt pretty good. It really only hurts if I move funny or bend over and the trying to get back up after bending over it is a little sensitive but not that bad really. I was able to sweep and mop my kitchen floor without any pain. It sure needed it. Isn't it a wonderful feeling not to have pain?
