I'm a student who has developed a L5 S1 herniation with sciatica and am having surgery this summer. I was wondering if arch supports such as those walkfit insoles and the Good Feet ones help back pain at all. They claim they do but I don't trust them. Has anyone tried this or known someone who has? I would really appreciate the help.
Re: Do arch supports help disc problems? Please help
