General Back Pain
I work a job where I stand alot. Alot of walking back and forth, and standing. I'm also a headbanger, haha.
I headbang when I play my guitar, but the last year or so I've scaled headbanging back ALOT because I just can't seem to do it so much anymore without my back getting really achey...dull achey....
I'm just wondering what are some general ways to help that? I know you're gonna say quit headbanging altogether, but I mean besides that.
It just hurts to stand up once I'm off work because it's so achey in the lower back area.
Are there foot soles or different sleeping positions I can do to help with it?
