I have one at C5-6. What kind of info were you looking for? I will tell you all I can with my experience so far. Nothing really has helped, I got to the point where the pain, numbness and weakness was traveling all the way down my left arm, and partially into my right shoulder. I had a transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injection in October and though it took a month, my neck problems seemed to go away. I had back surgery in December, but by January my pains were returning. I never did get the severity of pain, numbness and weakness again, but I do get pain in my left shoulder and to the elbow. I am lucky nothing else came back. I have a lot of stuff going on in my neck aside from the pinched nerve, so I do have a lot of discomfort and pain in other areas. I had another ESI (this time just one needle) and so far, I am not really feeling much different. I am in PT now for my left shoulder and neck and we are working on strengthening the shoulder and relaxing the muscles that are in spasm.
