I am sorry that you are having trouble sleeping on your back. I did not have a problem sleeping on my back. As for the tenderness and soreness, my back has always been sore and tender, especially right at the bottom right where the two indentions are on both sides of my incision. My tailbone or whatever they call it is very sore too. I have had two rounds of caudil blocks in the past two years and they do not do anything for me anymore. My pm doc says I might have to think about going back to my orth spine specialist to see if I need to get my hardware taken out because I am in so much pain
.I don't know if I want to do that because it will only produce more scar tissue. Well enough of the rambling thanks for listening hope you feel better!
