I have level 2 spondy (I'm awaiting my medical records) because I don't know what else is wrong with me! I have really bad leg pain, some numbness, lots of cramps, and some tingling. I've had 2 esi's within 2 months, tried therapy for 2 months (which made the leg pain worse!! much worse!) I'm taking a pain killer, and NSAID's. I'm going to surgeon next month.
my question is what are some other treatment options I have before surgery?
my dr. doesn't believe in bracing, but I know some have tried it. then he suggested a botox injection, and I'm not doing that (too wierd & not enough info) so are there any other treatments I can try before surgery? thanks!
