Help! I get a lower back pain - more in my tailbone area. I will be walking and all of the sudden I will get a twinge of pain in my butt/tailbone area - kind of to the right. It doesn't go down my leg so I don't think it is sciatica. (sp?)
Anyhow, I have been going to a chiropractor and getting massage therapy as well. I can't say it is helping.
This has been going on for over a year and it comes and goes. It seems to really bother me in the morning - after a night of sleeping. Could it just be my bed? I cna't sit straight up in bed in the morning or I will scream in pain.
This pain lasts for a second but REALLY hurts. It will stop my right in my tracks while walking. It almost takes my breath away for a second.
I think I may need to go to a specialist.
Can anyone offer help or advice?
