I'm back from first post-op apt!

My doctor listened to what I was saying about pain and gave me the percocet to take just at nite for the pain. Also Robaxin for muscle spasms, flexeril as working. It took some doing to convince him that I need them for transitional pain. My hardware I saw on x-ray, I don't recommend that!

He also said glucosamine & chondroitin are fine, won't hurt fusion process. Vitamin E too.

Next post-op apt. another six weeks. He said no bending, twisting, lifting, cleaning, cooking, vac****** for another 6 weeks. I will be 3 months post-op next visit.

Still having horrible spasms, although can stay up longer now than before they twist me offsides and I have to lay down. Making slow, steady progress, not taking long walks, just walking back and forth in house.
