What kind of treatment have you had for your disc problem? I had a herniation at l4/l5. I went throught and epidural steroid injection and surgery (microdiscectomy). Right after my surgery, my cycle which had always been very regular was completely out of whack. My gyno told me that the stress that my body was put under was most likely the cause of my sudden irregular cycle. He told me to give it 6 months. In my sixth month, my cycle suddenly corrected itself. I also started to panic thinking that I was going into early menopause ( I am also 33.)
