Ginger root for inflammation

Has anyone tried ginger root for inflammation? I have read that it is supposed to be good to bring down inflammation and it does not cause stomach problems like ibuprofen and aspirin can. It actually is good for the stomach.

it is pretty hot and spicy though, recommend you eat something and disguise the ginger in it!

Re: Ginger root for inflammation

You can take ginger root in a tincure or capsule also with the same effect. It is very effective for inflammation and pain. However Turmeric 400-600 mg 1x-3x daily. Can be taken with Ginger Root 350-500mg 1x-3xs daily also. Also would recommed taking Dandelion Root in tea or tincure for cleansing. Do this And you will get relief. Good luck Tally

Yeah I was thinking in capsule form. I could never eat that stuff in it's normal state all of the time. Does it make a person smell like taking garlic pills can sometimes.

No, no smell. If you take this like recommended above it will work just as well as if not better than perscriptions. Start with the 1x for 2days then move up.
It may take a week or so but stick with it! Do not give up it WILL work
.

Re: Ginger root for inflammation

Tally,
Have you used this for back pain? My pain is from a disc protrusion and hurts in my back and radiates down my leg.
