Not sure that anyone can answer that. Problems with the back can be very varied and there are respected authorities for various conditions. If one doctor professed to know it all and be an expert on all of the treatments out there....I would run.

Can you be more specific as to the problem.

my wife has continuous pain.. she's 34
3 kids
she's tried everything
pain to the point that she can't move sometime
MRI's show ruptured disks L3/4 i think
best surgeon in Phila doesn't want to operate "yet"

I just went through a double fusion L5/S1 with a the head of Neurology and Spinal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL. He is the best and I'm doing great one week post op.
