hoyt Senior Member (male) Join Date: Nov 2005 Posts: 126	4 days post epidural steriod injection hello. i just had my 2nd epidural. last time it began to work on day seven. i got it at 330 pm on monday, just rested all day after that. tuesday i went out to lunch and went and bought some clothes, etc. nothing too strenuous but my back was tired afterwards. Day 3, about the same as day 2. Now it's day 4, and i'm having pain in my lower back still. Did I overdo it on day 2? will this effect the success of my injection? thanks,
