Best Shoes To Wear For Back Problems

Hi All

Im a first time poster and have am plagued with a number of health issues ranging including poor circulation, osteo-arthritis, back pain, diabetes and Sciatica.

As you can all imagine I feel very bad most of the time and have tried every solution out there but without much luck and I have spent fortunes.

My Podiatrist and Doctor have both suggested that I try Earth Shoes (out of the house) and Orthotebb Health Shoes (in the House).

I really am keen to know who else has tried them as Ive spent money on everything you can imagine and although it wont be the end of the worked trying them out I wouldnt mind hearing a bit more from a few wearers..

My Doctor and Podiatrist have described them pretty muchas being miracle shoes. Anyone else had a miracle with them?

Thank you.

Re: Best Shoes To Wear For Back Problems

my mom has worn them for years and loves them. i have always noticed that something with at least a 1" heel really helps my back and something supportive.

Re: Best Shoes To Wear For Back Problems

It's best to get to the root of problems. Such as doin surgery to get rid of the pain. You know you can spend hundred of dollars and still all the gadget can't help you get to the root of the problem. Check out the internet, there are all kind of things we can buy and they are selling it like they are miracles. and after I bought I realized, hey this is another way to make money so they advertise, this is really good blah..blah ..blah. will reduc your pain by%%%%%%%.
by the way, I am wearing othotic insert(custom made shoe insert..advertise to make relieve back pain. cost up to $500). The rating of pain reduction is from a scale of 10. from 8.5. maybe a 1 point reduction. SO been there done that. no inversion table or anything exercise tool but surgery is your best bet.

The question of most of us in deep sciatica is .. HOW HIGH$$$$$ CAN YOU SPEND OR GO?
