Hello, this is Yvette's daughter. When she got to the hospital, they posponed the surgery. But she's all done now, and really out of it. My mommy wants me to tell you she's meeting you all on the beach!! She loves you all bunches!
Thank you so much for letting us know. Please tell your mommy that we are thinking of her and wish her a speedy recover. Tell her we are waiting for her on the beach. We all love her bunchs too.
Thank you for letting us know that she is out of surgery and remember that your Mommy will be a little out of it -- more than normal -- for the next couple of days. Tell her that we are praying for her and are enjoying our colada's.
Tell your mom that Usta is very glad she is done with the surgery, I never had a pina colada, but tell her I tried my first margarita tonight in her honor! Here's praying for a speedy recovery Yvette, lookin forward to hearing from you soon. Take care. Usta
Thanks so much for letting us all know she's doing well. Just a little tip for your family: it will mean so much to her once she's home if you regularly pop into her bedroom and ask if there's anything she needs. I hated calling my kids for things, but I did because I had to. It meant so much to me when they just came and volunteered themselves without my calling them. I was especially blessed by one of my kids who sat in my room to do his schoolwork and then watched movies with me. He didn't have to do that! I appreciated the company, even though I was mostly dozing.
Its great that the surgery is done and over; please be patient with your mother. One of the things that my girls and I do in the evening is play checkers or chess. Any board game will do; it keeps the mind occcupied and away from the pain...
It is a thing that I look forward to almosl every night. Or just going in and talking to her. Sharing what ever that she enjoys as well as what you do.
She will be up and around in no time; tell her hello for me when you go and visit her in the hospital.
Thanks for keeping us up. I know your mom was one of the first people to reply to my first post. Her thoughts and prayers provided me with the addition strength I needed to come to a decsion.
My thoughts and prayers are with her . I want to give her all the extra strength she gave me back, cause I know she needs it.
Yeah, thanks so much for updating us. Yvette, we are thinking of you and praying these first few days aren't to bad for you.
Prayers and love,
Vickie/Jungleland

I was just thinking about you my friend and up posts your post. I got real excited and found out it was Clover who obviously has been wondering about you too. You are in our prayers and I hope your pain is being managed. Love ya, Vette!!
Hi,
Thanks so much for the update. Please tell your mom mamakitkat is praying so hard for her recovery to be good.
Just a lil trick I did after I got home, I would use my cell to call my home phone or another family member instead of calling out or just waiting for some one to drift in my room. It truely was nice to not go thru the pain of shouting downstairs.
Good Luck & God Bless to your mom & the whole family.

Cell phone ? My goodness I could imagine the bill for that one ! I couldn't afford to do that . Besides that I don't get reception here at home for my cell , to remote and mountains block it from working . For the people who could afford it, it would be great .
Yvette , you home yet girl ? Been worried about you..
Hi,
I will add that to the top. Shawley, I wouldn't call for a long time or I would call their cell because we have the family share thing, no peak usage that way.
