| | Re: How many times and much strength for LUMBAR TRACTION?
I am also suffering from similar kind of problem, I am having pain in right leg and right hip, I am unable to sit for longer duration recently MRI was done, found disc bulge L3-L4, I was given traction thrice a week with a strength upto 60 pounds( my weight is 141 pounds and height 5 feet 5 inches, heating pad at back for ten minutes, I took rest for 10 days, Physio therapist avoided all forward bending excercises and 5 sets of excercises. pain nearly got vanished as far as i awas on rest, but once i resumed my work pain again started. Excercises really helps.
I am also looking for the right answer, please share the answer if you have got more information on this topic.
