Monkey update, PT!

Okay buddies i had my first reall pt after my hernia surgery finally and omg! I not only have SI dysfunction and the fused extra vertabrea but my Piriformis muscle is out of wack and she worked on that today and omg again. I'm not sure if it was a problem before or it just recently became involved but i know with the first round of pt they never touch this area that i can remember so here we go again! Okay does anyone have the issue with a tilted pelvic? I do but it's not tilted the usual way they say for it it's the opposite, can someone explain the outcome of this? They did a little and what causes it but didn't give a prognosis on any of this yet. Also as some of you know i have had the leg issue and she thought it was possibly a circulation issue but came to realize that when messing with the piriformis that the sciatic nerve runs through it and i could feel this at the time of therapy and could very well be the cause. I also let her know that over a year ago when i did pt they had to get me to not lean to one side and and she stated this could have put me out of wack even if they treated me basically , because like i was so messed up! Okay enough about me how's everyone else?
Love, Monkey
