MRI Scan - Need Help Understanding Results

I was just wondering if anyone could help decifer what my mri results mean:
Early Reduction in hydration signal at L5/S1.
Minimal posterior disc bulge without evidence of impingement.
Help would be much appreciated

sounds like your disc is shrinking or drying up at l5s1.... i have the same thing goin on as well and you also have a disc bulge that is not touching anything harmful like your thecal sac or spinal cord which is a good thing for now. where is your pain ?

Thank you, my pain is mostly: lower back; but also grion, pelivc area, occasional ciatic left leg/buttock. My pain is increased during the week before and few days into my menstrul cycle.
