I have pain post surgery and don't understand terms in mri

does spinal canal and neural foramina are patent at al lumbar levels mean there is anything wrong?

No you are fine there -patent is good, it means they have plenty of room.

spinal canal and neural foramina = means the spinal and nerve canals are patent or open.

I think it means everything is fine but of course I am just another spinney like you.
