Do's and Don't exercises for Back Pain
I wanted to know what are the exercises to do for back pain and the exercises which we are not suppossed to do which will affect backpain.
I have lower back pain and am very confused with what to do and what not to do( very important than what to do).
1) Will Push up hurts people with backpain
2) Any exercise to build up chest is good or bad when i have back pain.
Please help me in this regard I need the general information.
