Lower Back Pain

I wake up almost every morning with a pain in my lower back (right side). It generally passes off after I walk about and go about my normal routine. However, today I am still suffering with it I've been awake for around 8 hours now. It is accompanied by a pain in my lower abdomen (also right side) What could be the cause?

I have a similar problem and was told that I have sprained my sacroilliac, which is the joint between your pelvis and hip. There are no muscles in that area only tendons. It's possible that you have the same thing. But you should check with you doctor. So far I haven't been able to relieve the problem. A chiropractor told me to put an ice pack on the area, no heat.
