Hey there back buddies, need advice!
Some of you know me well. Recently i started pt for my shoulder, they are also going to go for the back again. I completed three months last year with no progress. Then i went again and they made it worse. This week they are going to evaluate my back again and work on that. I am so scared i am going to hurt even worse. Any advice? I am on pain meds but not helping for the breakthrough pain.

Yikes, are you in a position where you can tell your doctor that you really do NOT want to continue with the PT?
I know (even though this is crazy) that sometimes doctors will take this as "not following treatment protocol" and ditch the patient, thats why I asked. Im not sure why some docs push patients thru pt when it hurts so bad!
Have you said anything to your doctor about the increased pain with pt yet? What did he say?
