back pain

i have constant pain in the bottom of my spine and a constant hot feeling, i also have a dull heavy feeling in my buttocks. what is causing this and what can i do to relieve it

you should ask your dr. i think. or wait if its only been a couple days. if it continues see a dr. if it bothers you enough. thats what i would do.
