discectomy and physical therapy
I heard discectomy and physical therapy are both 85% successful when charting large group for 2 years.
What are downside of each?
Whom regret the path they took, therapy and surgery?
Any long term test groups? 2 years tracking doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling when i hope to live another 10,20,30, years.....!

Does one surgery just lead into the next?

I heard your body can encapsulate the extruded disc material and cause it to disolve over a 2year period! Story told to me by a neurosurgeon of skiing friend. Now pain free and no disc issues.
