Re: update had my surgery

I am so glad to hear that it went well. When you can my suggestion is to walk walk and walk some more. It will help with the stiffness. Good luck. I am glad you have use back of your feet.

Re: update had my surgery

Jack, I'm glad things have gone well so far. It will be good to sleep in your own bed tonight! Take it easy and don't try to do too much. Your full time job now is to focus on recovery. Rest, and like Onyx said, walk as much as you can. It helps get blood circulating around your spine to stimulate bone growth. So rest and walk, rest and walk, rest and walk.

If you have any specific questions, we'll be here!

Hang in there. The first few weeks are painful, but everyday will be a little better. You're on the way to BETTER!!!!!

Emily
