Serious back problem

I Have had a bad back problem since i was 22
im now 28 going on 29 and now the doctors have told me i have wear and tear arthiritis in the low part of the spine

my pain goes away when the inflamed part of my back clears
i feel like if i can keep my back from being inflamed this would help my pain in my leg and right toe.

do you have any suggestions

many thanks

Re: Serious back problem

I'd ask your dr at your next flare up if it's long enough to get a steroid injection to really tone down and relieve the swelling when it stirrs up.
