Has anybody found a relation in drinking diet sodas and lower back pain?
I just started getting lower back pain for no apparent physical reason last month. I notice that when I drink more than 3-4 diet sodas a day, I get tired and my lower back gets sore. If I drink water or green tea instead of the diet soda, I dont seem to get the back pains.
What you are probably feeling is kidney pain. Some people are sensitive to caffeine, or other substances in soda. Stick to water, cranberry juice, and the green tee and stuff like that! You might want to mention it to your doctor if it continues or gets worse.
