what is mild sclerosis in sacroiliac joints

what is done to help solve these problems or do they just go away by themselves? I have pretty much the same as grama does.

I aint sure about sclerosis in the S.I . joint but I had MRSA and it settled in my S.I. joint and they all say" nothing can be cone to the / in the S.I. joint area"sorry for the bad news , hopefully Im wrong . good luck though

Hi! I have the same as you in the sacroiliac joints. I have benefitted a alot from injections into the sacroiliac joints. Just make sure to be referred to a doctor who does the injections with active xray (flouroscopy). Also I have gone to PT to learn some exercises/stretches that have helped-also ask for a PT who specializes in the spine. Take care, Kera4
