Best chair after spinal fusion surgery?

I'm scheduled for a 360 (posterior & anterior) two level lumbar fusion (L4-L5, L5-S1) next month and have read all the great post-op advice, but can't find any recommendations for a comfortable chair that promotes proper alignment. I have MS and fatigue easily, but don't want to spend the next year in bed while I recover from surgery. I would like to find something to replace my soft recliner -- something that is comfortable and will recline somewhat, but is also firm and keeps the back in the proper alignment. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help!
